Margaret Richardson (lawyer)

Mary Margaret Richardson (née Milner; May 14, 1943 – July 13, 2021) was an American tax lawyer. She served as Commissioner of Internal Revenue at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) from 1993 to 1997.
