The assessment is to identify strengths and weaknesses in the use of TAGs and make recommendations for future practice which miximise their efficient and effective use. The assessment is based on a review of current and recently completed TAGs. Information was obtained from AusAID's files and reports, and discussions were held with a large number of AusAID staff. Australian Managing Contractors (AMCs), TAGs and selected recipeint government aid coordinating and line agencies were also consulted for their views. |
