Joseph Hatton

Joseph Paul Christopher Hatton (3 February 1837 – 31 July 1907) was an English novelist and journalist. He was editor of many English publications including ''The Sunday Times'' from 1874 to 1881 and then served as a correspondent for several American periodicals. Provided by Wikipedia
